Ingredients:

1 slice of Whole Wheat Bread

2 ounces of Egg whites

1 Whole egg

1 cup of Spinach
-
¼ cup of Sugar Free syrup
Method:

Heat a skillet on medium heat and spray with cooking spray of choice.

Scramble egg and whites in a bowl. Place pieces of bread into the mix to soak up some of the egg.

Place egg-soaked bread into a warm pan. Flip after a couple minutes and repeat until both sides are golden brown. Place on a plate and top with SF syrup.

Take remaining egg mixture and scramble up in the same pan with spinach.
