Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:


  • ¼ cup of (27.5g) of Kodiak Protein Pancake Mix

  • Water as needed for consistency

  • 1 scoop Protein (macros will vary based on protein brand)

  • ¼ of a medium Banana

  • ¼ cup (28g) of Walden Farms Calorie Free Pancake Syrup


Method:


  1. Mix pancake mix and water in a bowl. Add protein powder, and continue to mix until smooth.

  2. Add banana to the mixture.

  3. Heat a skillet, and pour 1/4 of protein pancake mixture onto the skillet. Flip when edges start to bubble.

  4. Once flipped, continue to cook for 1 minute, and remove from the pan.

  5. After complete top with walden farms calorie free pancake syrup.
