I'm a nurse and work 12 hour shifts 3x per week. how many times a week should I workout? Wanting to find out how other nurses are working out and eating the food we should be eating?

Do u follow the beginner babes food suggestions with the free dumbbell 6 week program then follow your muscular daily menu for the week then those workouts?

I also do CrossFit 4 times a week in the morning. Do you need to eat before? Do you do the workout suggested on top of it?

Same. I do CrossFit at 5am. And get up just to get dressed and go workout.

What if my workouts are in the morning, say around 8 or 9 am? How do I eat my food? Thank you
