Ham, Egg, & Cheese Quesadilla

Ingredients:

4 ounces of Egg whites

1 ounce of Deli ham

28 g of Low moisture mozzarella cheese

1 Whole wheat tortilla
Method:

Warm a skillet to medium heat or heat a panini press to medium high.

Cover half of the tortilla with cheese, the eggs and ham. Feel free to add in some spinach, onion, and even some green peppers.

Fold the tortilla in half and cook for 2 to 3 minutes in a skillet or panini press, until cheese is melted and tortilla is browned.

Remove the quesadilla, and let it cool before cutting
