Frozen Protein Pudding Rice Cakes

Ingredients:


  • 1 Plain Rice Cake

  • 1 scoop Protein powder (macros will vary based on protein brand)

  • 1 TBS Nut Butter

 


Method:


  1. In a small bowl, mix protein with just enough water to create a pudding like texture and consistency.

  2. Once desired consistency is reached and spread on top of rice cakes.  Then place in the freezer for about 20-25 minutes, long enough for the protein pudding to set.

  3. Once pudding is set, remove from the freezer, add nut butter and enjoy!
