Ingredients:


  • 4 cups of Air popped popcorn

  • 1 scoop Protein (macros will vary based on protein brand)


Method:


  1. Take a serving of popcorn and place in a Ziploc bag.

  2. Sprinkle a little protein powder, just enough to lightly coat your popcorn, seal and shake.

  3. Mix remaining protein with water and enjoy as a shake.
