Egg Sandwich

Ingredients:


  • 5 ounces of Egg Whites

  • 1 cup of Spinach 

  • 1 Regular English Muffin


Method:


  1. In a pan on medium heat, cook egg whites until no longer translucent.  Add in spinach to cook with egg whites.

  2. Toast English Muffin, assemble your sandwich and enjoy!
