BBQ Pork Sweet Potato

Ingredients:

3 ounces of Pork Tenderloin

2 TBS of Sugar Free BBQ Sauce

3 ounce Sweet Potato

1 ½ TBS of Butter

1 cup of Green Veggie of choice
Method:

Cook pork tenderloin in crockpot on low for 8 hrs, or low for 4 hr
a. *Cook time will depend on amount of meat* -
Bake Sweet potato on 375 until tender. You will be able to easily puncture with a fork

Once pork is finished cooking, use two forks to shred.

In a bowl, place a serving of pork and SF BBQ sauce and mix together. Then place on top to bake sweet potato and serve with a side of green veggies of choice.
