Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Protein powder
- 100g of banana
Method:
- Put 8 oz of water, and 2 cups of ice into a blender.
- Add banana and protein powder to the blender.
- Blend until texture is smooth.
*Using frozen bananas will help to make the smoothie thicker and require less ice!
