Funky Monkey Smoothie

Ingredients:

 


  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 100g of banana 

Method:

 


  1. Put 8 oz of water, and 2 cups of ice into a blender.
  2. Add banana and protein powder to the blender.
  3. Blend until texture is smooth.

*Using frozen bananas will help to make the smoothie thicker and require less ice!
