Ingredients:

3 ounces of Egg Whites

100 g of Red and Green bell pepper mix

Salt and pepper - to taste

½ cup of Shredded low moisture mozzarella cheese

2 Whole wheat tortillas
Method:

In a medium sized bowl mix eggs, egg whites, peppers, salt and pepper.

Heat a medium sized skillet over medium-low heat.

Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until eggs are cooked through.

Place in center of center of tortilla and fold up like a burrito.
