**These Workouts Faciliate The Goal Of Maintaining Weight And Adding More Lean Muscle To Your Body. If This Is Your Goal Then Follow These Workouts**


WORKOUT DETAILS

This workout program is best to be done inside of the gym because of the nature of the program. Having the heavy weights and machines is going to help you get the most out of the program.

The workouts will be updated on the LAST FRIDAY of each month.

WARM UP & CORE

While embarking on the journey of the Building Training, it is VERY important you warm up properly, I cannot stress this enough! Choose one of the CORE CIRCUIT to complete as you warm up for you to get your body and joints ready.
 

**Cardio - should be done three times a week, preferably on days 2, 3 & 5! I recommend doing the exercise bike/treadmill/or elliptical at a medium resistance for 20 minutes three times a week.**

**Accessory Days - There are 2 accessory days listed. The second day is an OPTIONAL day. You do NOT have to complete it if you wish to make this a 4 day split. However, you can choose to do both if you wish to make it a 5 day program.**
