Ingredients:
- 3 oz Ground turkey
- 1 cup coleslaw mix
- ½ cup Jasmine Rice - cooked
- 2 TBS low sodium soy sauce
- Salt and pepper- to taste
Chili Sauce
- 1 TBS light mayo
- 1-2 TBS sriracha or hot sauce
Method:
- Brown turkey in skillet on medium heat until cooked through
- Add in coleslaw mix and cooked rice to pan
- Add soy sauce and seasonings of choice
- Once coleslaw is heated, place mixture in a bowl
- Mix mayo and sriracha/ hot sauce together to create the Chili sauce and drizzle over mixture.
*Feel free to garnish with green onions and Everything But the Beagle seasoning or sesame seeds.
