Ingredients:
- 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 hard boiled egg without yoke
- 5 oz of cooked peeled shrimp
- 2 tbsp light blue cheese dressing
Method:
- Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, egg and shrimp in a bowl.
- Season with seasoning of choice.
- Toss with dressing and enjoy!
