Ingredients:
- 4 oz Chicken
- ½ cup Whole Wheat pasta- cooked
- 4-5 Asparagus
- ¼ cup Zucchini
- ¼ cup Broccoli
- ¼ cup Orange bell peppers
- 2 TBS EVOO
Method:
- Cook pasta until al dente
- Cook chicken is preferred method (baked, boiled, grilled, pan cooked) until cooked through with seasoning of choice.
- In a sauté pan cook asparagus, zucchini, orange bell peppers, and broccoli until tender.
- When chicken is done, cut into strips
- Add all ingredients in a bowl, add EVOO and mix to evenly coated and enjoy
