Ingredients:
- 3 oz pulled pork
- 3 lettuce leaves
- 3 tbsp sugar free bbq sauce
- 1/2 cup of jasmine rice
Method:
Cook 3 oz of pulled pork with the sugar free bbq sauce. Rinse and seperate 3 lettuce leaves. Layer pulled pork on lettuce leaves, top off with salt and pepper. Cook rice on the side, feel free to add favorite low calorie seasoning.
