Ingredients:


  • 4 oz of grilled chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup of jasmine rice
  • 8 asparagus spears
  • Franks Hot Sauce
  • Low-Sugar Teriyaki Sauce

Method:


Grill 4 oz of chicken breast. Coat in hot sauce and low-sugar teriyaki sauce. Steam asparagus and top off with favorite low calorie seasoning. Cook jasmine rice and feeel free to add low-sodium soy sauce.
