Ham, Egg, & Cheese Quesadilla

Ingredients:
- 100 g Egg whites
- 2 Large Eggs
- 2 oz Deli ham
- 28g Low moisture mozzarella cheese
- 1 Whole wheat tortilla
Method:
- Warm a skillet to medium heat or heat a panini press to medium high.
- Cover half of the tortilla with cheese, the eggs and ham. Feel free to add in some spinach, onion, and even some green peppers.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook for 2 to 3 minutes in skillet or panini press, until cheese is melted and tortilla is browned.
- Remove the quesadilla, and let it cool before cutting
