Ingredients:
- 1 Whole Wheat English muffin
- 1 oz Deli meat ham
- 2 Eggs
Method:
- Toast English muffin and set aside
- In a skillet over medium heat, place ham in the skillet to heat and brown slightly. Once heated through place on top on English muffin
- In the same skillet, cook your egg over easy, or sunny side up style
- Top off the English muffin with your egg making sure not to break the yolk until you go to dig in!
