Ingredients:

 


  • 1 Whole Wheat English muffin
  • 1 oz Deli meat ham 
  • 2 Eggs

Method:

 


  1.  Toast English muffin and set aside
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, place ham in the skillet to heat and brown slightly.  Once heated through place on top on English muffin
  3. In the same skillet, cook your egg over easy, or sunny side up style 
  4. Top off the English muffin with your egg making sure not to break the yolk until you go to dig in!
