- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1 cup of edamame
- In a small sauce pan, boil 2 cups of water.
- Drop the eggs into the boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Bring a pot of water to boiling in a large saucepan. Add the edamame pods and return the water to boiling; boil pods for about 5 minutes.
