  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cup of edamame 


  1. In a small sauce pan, boil 2 cups of water.
  2. Drop the eggs into the boiling water for 10 minutes.
  3. Bring a pot of water to boiling in a large saucepan. Add the edamame pods and return the water to boiling; boil pods for about 5 minutes.
