Ingredients:

 


  • 100g Egg whites
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 Plain English Muffin

Method:

 


  1. In a pan on medium heat, cook egg whites until no longer translucent.  Add in spinach to cook with egg whites.
  2. Toast English Muffin, assemble your sandwich and enjoy!
