Ingredients:


For the smoothie base:

  • 1 cup of frozen berries
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract
  • 1 handful of spinach or kale
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tsp acai powder

For the Top

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 sliced banana 

Method:


  1. Blend smoothie base ingredients all together until smooth. 
  2. Pour into bowl.
  3. Top with fruit. 
  4. Enjoy!
