Ingredients:
- 3oz of lean ground beef
- 1/4 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of carrots
- Seasoning of choice
- 1/2 cup of brown rice
- 1 cup of broccoli
Method:
- Mince garlic, and onion. Add to a skilled until golden brown.
- Place the ground beef in the skillet with the onion, and garlic and cook for about 15-20 minutes, until beef browns.
- Add in minced carrot.
- Boil water, and add asparagus. Boil for 5 minutes.
- Boil 1 cup of water, add 1/2 cup of rice to water. Bring water to a boil again, and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the rice has fully absorbed the water.
- Add together to complete the mess.
