Ingredients:
- 3 oz Shredded Chicken
- 1/2 cup Green peppers- cut in strips
- 1/8 cup White Onion- cut in strips
- 1/8 cup Mushrooms- diced
- 1/2 cup Rice- cooked
- 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
- 1 slice Provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper- to taste
- Garlic salt- to taste
Method:
- Combine chicken, onions, green peppers and mushrooms in crock pot with Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and pepper
- *If you do not have a crock pot, you can boil the chicken and use a metal specula to shred the chicken. Cook the onions, peppers and mushrooms in a skillet with cooking spray of choice until tender.
- Cook rice according to directions
- Once chicken is finished cooking, shred chicken and add more seasoning if desired
- In a bowl combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, green peppers, mushrooms and onions
- Top with provolone cheese and enjoy
