Stuffed Pasta Shells

Ingredients:


  • 4 oz Lean Ground Beef
  • 3.25 Jumbo pasta shells
  •  0.5 cup Low sugar pasta sauce
  • 28g Low moisture mozzarella cheese
  •  0.5 cup Grated zucchini
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • Green veggie of choice (not included in macro count)

Method:


  1. Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat until cooked through
  2. Cook jumbo shells until al dente and drain.
  3. Once beef is done cooking, add in grated zucchini, spinach and pasta sauce.  Mix until evenly combined and spinach is cooked down.
  4. Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees
  5. Take beef mixture and spoon into jumbo shells
  6. Place stuffed shells into a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Place in oven and bake just long enough to melt the cheese.
  8. Serve with a side of green veggies of choice ( not included in macro count)
