Shrimp Pad Thai

Ingredients:

 


  • 4 oz Shrimp
  • 1/2 cup Rice Pad Thai noodles- cooked 
  • 1 cup Stir Fry veggie mix
  • 1 TBS Coconut oil
  • 2 TBS Soy/Coconut Amino

Method:

 


  1. Prepare rice noodles according to package directions
  2. In a pan on medium heat, cook shrimp until tender
  3. Cook stir fry veggie mix as desired
    • Using frozen is a great option!  If using frozen add to the pan when you start cooking the shrimp!
  4. Once rice noodles are tender, add to the pan with shrimp and veggies. Tune heat off
  5. Add coconut oil and amino of choice to the pan and toss until evenly coated.  Place in a bowl or on a plate and enjoy.
