Chicken Philly Bowl

Ingredients:


  • 3 oz Shredded Chicken 
  • 1/2 cup Green peppers- cut in strips  
  • 1/8 cup White Onion- cut in strips 
  • 1/8 cup Mushrooms- diced 
  • 1/2 cup Rice- cooked 
  • 2 TBS Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 slice Provolone cheese
  • Salt and pepper- to taste 
  • Garlic salt- to taste 

Method:


  1. Combine chicken, onions, green peppers and mushrooms in crock pot with Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt and pepper
    1. *If you do not have a crock pot, you can boil the chicken and use a metal specula to shred the chicken.  Cook the onions, peppers and mushrooms in a skillet with cooking spray of choice until tender.
  2. Cook rice according to directions
  3. Once chicken is finished cooking, shred chicken and add more seasoning if desired
  4. In a bowl combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, green peppers, mushrooms and onions
  5. Top with  provolone cheese and enjoy
