Ingredients:
- 3 oz of salmon
- 1/2 a lemon
- 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- Handful of asparagus spears
Method:
Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil in a bowl. Squeeze half the lemon into the bowl. Add salmon to the bowl and coat salmon. Place salmon on the tray and pour remaining marinade on top. Cook till it flakes.
