Ingredients:


  • 3 oz of grilled chicken
  • Handful of lettuce
  • Handful of baby spinach
  • 1/2 an avocado sliced
  • 1/4 cucumber sliced
  • 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil

Method:


Cook 3 oz of chicken breast with your favorite low calorie seasonings. Cut the chicken into chunks, add to combined ingredients in a bowl, mix well!
