Ingredients:


  • 3 oz of flank steak
  • 1/2 cup of quinoa
  • 2 tbsp low sugar teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 a cucumber

Method:


Cook quinoa. Cook steak in pan chopped up with fat free cooking spray. Add 2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce. Add steak and rice with chopped cucumber and enjoy!
