Ingredients:
- 3 oz of flank steak
- 1/2 cup of quinoa
- 2 tbsp low sugar teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 a cucumber
Method:
Cook quinoa. Cook steak in pan chopped up with fat free cooking spray. Add 2 tbsp of teriyaki sauce. Add steak and rice with chopped cucumber and enjoy!
