Ingredients:


  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 hard boiled egg without yoke
  • 5 oz of cooked peeled shrimp
  • 2 tbsp light blue cheese dressing

Method:


  1. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, egg and shrimp in a bowl.
  2. Season with seasoning of choice.
  3. Toss with dressing and enjoy!
