BBQ Pork Sweet Potato

Ingredients:

 


  • 5 oz Pork Tenderloin
  • 2 TBS of SF BBQ Sauce
  • 1 medium 5 inch long Sweet Potato
  • Green Veggie of choice (not included in macro amount)

Method:

 


  1. Cook pork tenderloin in crock pot on low for 8 hrs, or low for 4 hr
    1. *Cook time will depend on amount of meat*
  2. Bake Sweet potato on 375 until tender.  You will be able to easily puncture with a fork
  3. Once pork in finished cooking use two forks to shred.
  4. In a bowl, place a serving of pork and SF BBQ sauce and mix together.  Then place on top of bake sweet potato and serve with a side of green veggies of choice (not included in macro amount).
