Ground Turkey Pasta

Ingredients:


  • 4 oz Ground Turkey
  • 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Pasta- cooked
  • 1/4 cup Zucchini
  • 1/4 cup Red Pepper
  • 2-3 Asparagus
  • 1 TBS EVOO
  • Salt and Pepper

Method:


  1. Brown ground turkey until cooked through
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions
  3. In a small skillet, sauté veggies with salt and pepper and other seasonings of choice.  Cook until tender
  4. Once ground turkey, pasta, and veggies are done, combine in a bowl and drizzle with EVOO.
