Sheet Pan Beef Fajitas

Macros

P: 26g   F: 16g   C: 15g

*These macro numbers are subject to change based on source, brands of product and individual goals.*
*These numbers can be adjusted to fit your own macro numbers based off your specific calculations.*

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz Flat iron steak
  • 1 cup Red and green pepper mix
  • 1/4 cup White onion
  • 1 soft Corn tortilla
  • 2 TBS Taco seasoning
  • Paprika- to taste
  • Chili powder- to taste
  • Lime juice- to taste
  • 2oz Avocado
  • Handful Romaine lettuce

Method:

1.   Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.   Spay sheet pan with cooking spray of choice or line with foil for easy clean up.

3.   Add the sliced onions, sliced bell peppers, and thinly sliced steak to the sheet pan, along with the taco seasoning, paprika, chili powder, and lime juice.

4.   Using your hands or a pair of tongs, toss everything together well until the meat and veggies are well coated in the seasonings.

5.   Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 12 minutes, or until the veggies are becoming soft and the steak has browned on the outside. Be careful of over-cooking the steak (nobody likes dry steak!) - test a piece after 10 minutes to be sure it's cooked to your liking.

6.   Serve in tortillas with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream and avocado, as desired!

*Once finished cooking, simply measure out your protein and veggies to get your servers for each macro as broken down above*

*Can also place beef and veggies on a bed of lettuce to have a fajita salad*
