Ingredients:


  • 3 oz Ground turkey
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • ½ cup Jasmine Rice - cooked
  • 2 TBS low sodium soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper- to taste

Chili Sauce

  • 1 TBS light mayo
  • 1-2 TBS sriracha or hot sauce 

Method:


  1. Brown turkey in skillet on medium heat until cooked through
  2. Add in coleslaw mix and cooked rice to pan
  3. Add soy sauce and seasonings of choice
  4. Once coleslaw is heated, place mixture in a bowl
  5. Mix mayo and sriracha/ hot sauce together to create the Chili sauce and drizzle over mixture. 

    *Feel free to garnish with green onions and Everything But the Beagle seasoning or sesame seeds.
