Chicken Pasta Primavera

Ingredients:


  • 4 oz Chicken
  • ½ cup Whole Wheat pasta- cooked
  • 4-5 Asparagus
  • ¼ cup Zucchini
  • ¼ cup Broccoli
  • ¼ cup Orange bell peppers
  •  2 TBS EVOO

Method:


  1. Cook pasta until al dente
  2. Cook chicken is preferred method (baked, boiled, grilled, pan cooked) until cooked through with seasoning of choice.
  3. In a sauté pan cook asparagus, zucchini, orange bell peppers, and broccoli until tender.
  4. When chicken is done, cut into strips
  5. Add all ingredients in a bowl, add EVOO and mix to evenly coated and enjoy
