Ingredients:


  • 3 oz of shrimp
  • 1/2 cup of jasmine rice
  • 1 cup of snap peas
  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 garlic gloves

Method:


Add all the ingredient above into a sauce pan. Cook till shrimp are nice and firm. Add a little bit of water through out cooking to steam the veggies as it cooks.
