Ingredients:


  • 8 oz of lean ground beef (makes multiple flatbreads)
  • 1 cup of broccoli florets
  • 1 cup low fat shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 Flatout Flatbread
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

Method:


Lay out 1 Flatout Flatbread. Add ground beef, garlic, broccoli, red onion to pan and cook with favorite low calorie seasoning. Add whats in the pan to flatbread, layer evenly. Top off with mozzarella cheese.
