Ingredients:


  • 4 oz of chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp of low fat mayo
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 slice of low fat cheese
  • 1 whole wheat bun
 

Method:


Cook Chicken breast in pan with salt and pepper. Add slice of cheese ontop of chicken when it’s close to done. Cut chicken breast in half and add to roll. Topping off with onion, mayo, ketchup or mustard.
