Ingredients:
- 4 oz Baked sweet potato
- 1 scoop Protein powder
- 1 whole Egg
- ½ tea Baking powder
Method:
- Cook the sweet potatoes
- i) bake at 400F for 50 mins or you could microwave for 3-4 mins
- Peel the sweet potatoes and mash with a fork
- Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
- i) You can also mix by hand if you don’t have a blender, you will just end up with a chunkier consistency.
- Spray a skillet with non stick spray and heat over low medium heat
- Use a spoon and spoon out batter into the pan
- Cook for 3-4 mins on each side
