Ingredients:
- 100 g Egg whites
- 1/2 cup Diced potato
- 2 Large Eggs
- 100 g Mixed Bell Peppers
- 1 oz Cheddar Cheese
- 5 ml Salsa
Method:
- In a skillet over medium heat cook potatoes until tender
- When potatoes are about half way done, add in peppers and finish cooking until potatoes and peppers are tender. Remove from pan and place in bowl.
- Scramble egg whites until cooked through, place on top of potatoes and peppers in bowl.
- Finish off with fresh salsa and enjoy!
