Sunny Side Oats

Ingredients:

 


  • 0.3 cup Old fashion oats
  • 4 oz Egg whites
  • 2 Whole Eggs

Method:

 


  1. In a small sauce pan add old fashion oats with enough water to just cover the oats.
  2. Turn on high and bring water to a low boil.
  3. As the oatmeal begins to absorb the water, slowly add more water until the oats reach your desired consistency and thinness.
  4. Once oats are to your liking, add egg whites and stir consistently making sure the egg whites get well combined.  Continue to heat and stir until egg whites are cooked through.

*Season your oats as you desire!  You can go sweet with them by adding in some fruit, stevia, and SF syrup.  Or you can go savory by adding garlic salt, pepper, and even a runny egg on top!  The options are endless!
