French Toast

Ingredients:


  • 1 slice Whole Wheat Bread
  • 6 oz Egg whites
  • 2 Whole egg
  • Handful Spinach
  • ¼ cup SF syrup

Method:


  1. Heat a skillet on medium heat and spray with cooking spray of choice.
  2. Scramble egg and whites in a bowl.  Place pieces of bread into the mix to soak up some of the egg.
  3. Place egg-soaked bread into warm pan.  Flip after a couple minutes and repeat until both sides are golden brown.  Place on a plate and top with SF syrup.
  4. Take remaining egg mixture and scramble up in the same pan with spinach.
