French Toast

Ingredients:
- 1 slice Whole Wheat Bread
- 6 oz Egg whites
- 2 Whole egg
- Handful Spinach
- ¼ cup SF syrup
Method:
- Heat a skillet on medium heat and spray with cooking spray of choice.
- Scramble egg and whites in a bowl. Place pieces of bread into the mix to soak up some of the egg.
- Place egg-soaked bread into warm pan. Flip after a couple minutes and repeat until both sides are golden brown. Place on a plate and top with SF syrup.
- Take remaining egg mixture and scramble up in the same pan with spinach.
