Ingredients:


  • ½ cup Old Fashion Oats
  •  ½ cup Brewed Coffee (or unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 scoop Protein powder
  • 2 TBS Nut butter
  • Sweetener of choice

Method:


1.   Combine all ingredients in a jar or container and seal shut.

2.   Place in refrigerator overnight

3.   Serve hot or cold in the morning.

*May need to add a little extra liquid in the morning as it could dry out a bit overnight.*
