Ingredients:


  • ½ cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 5 oz  Egg Whites
  • 2 TBS Nut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup SF maple syrup
  • 4 oz unsweetened almond milk

 

 

Method:


  1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  2. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray of choice.
  3. In a large bowl combine the oats, baking powder, and salt and stir to combine. Then add in the liquid egg whites, nut butter, vanilla extract, SF maple syrup, and almond milk. Mix until everything is combined.
  4. Transfer into the prepared muffin tin.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees until bake looks firm.

Can make multi servings and reheat in microwave!
