Ingredients:


  • 1 Thomas English Muffin
  • 3/4 cup of egg whites
  • 1 low fat sausage patty
  • 1 piece of cheddar cheese

Method:


Toast 1 English muffin. Scramble 3/4 cup of egg whites with your favorite low calorie seasoning. Cook 1 sausage patty in pan. Add sausage patty and eggs to english muffin, top off with 1 piece of cheddar cheese.
