Ingredients:


  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 scoop of whey isolate protein
  • 1 diced banana

Method:


Throw oats and almond milk in a bowl and place in microwave for two minutes. Add the diced banana and whey protein. Stir well.
