Ingredients:
- 1 cup of old fashioned oats
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (or protein powder of choice)
- 2 tbsp stevia
- 1/2 tbsp almond extract
- 1/4 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup of 0% FAGE yogurt
Method:
- In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
- Divide between 2 small bowls, mugs, or mason jars.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least an hour (or more) so the oats soften and absorb the liquid).
- Enjoy cold, or microwave for 30-60 seconds to enjoy warm!
- Eat the first one for breakfast, and the second one for pre workout!
