Overnight Cake Batter Protein Oatmeal

Macros

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup of old fashioned oats
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (or protein powder of choice)
  • 2 tbsp stevia
  • 1/2 tbsp almond extract
  • 1/4 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of 0% FAGE yogurt

Method:


  1. In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
  2. Divide between 2 small bowls, mugs, or mason jars.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least an hour (or more) so the oats soften and absorb the liquid).
  4. Enjoy cold, or microwave for 30-60 seconds to enjoy warm!
  5. Eat the first one for breakfast, and the second one for pre workout!
