Macros

Ingredients:
- 1 slice ezekiel bread or wheat toast
- 1 cup chopped kale, stems removed
- 1/2 cup of egg whites
- 1 tbsp of feta
- Salt, and pepper for seasoning
Method:
- Toast bread in a toaster, or toaster oven and set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium with cooking spray. Add kale, stir to coat, then cook, until kale begins to soften (about 5 minutes)
- Add salt and pepper for seasoning, cook for an additional 1 minute.
- Remove from heat, stir in feta cheese then cover to keep warm.
- In a small skillet, pour 1/2 cup of egg whites and sprinkle with a little extra salt and pepper. Cook until whites are nearly set, about 2 minutes.
- Place half of the kale on top of the toast, then top with egg whites.
