Ingredients:
- 2 Plain Rice Cakes
- 1 Scoop of Protein Powder
- 33 g Nut Butter
Method:
- In a small bowl, mix protein with just enough water to create a pudding like texture and consistency.
- Once desired consistency is reached spread on top of rice cakes. Then place in the freezer for about 20-25 minutes, long enough for the protein pudding to set.
- Once pudding is set, remove from freezer, add nut butter and enjoy!
