Ingredients:


  • 28 g Thinly cut turkey breast
  • Strips of 1 large cucumber
  • Tomato pieces from 1 medium tomato
  • 17 g of Nut butter

Method:


  1. Thinly cut the turkey breast into 6 slices.
  2. Stand the cucumber upright, and slice 6 strips from the item.
  3. Take the tomato and slice 6 pieces.
  4. Lay the turkey down, add the cucumber on top of the turkey, top it with the tomato and roll from the bottom upwards.
  5. Enjoy a spoonful (measured of course) of your favorite nut butter for some healthy fat on the side.
